I take a moment to find a comfortable position, a place where I can truly rest and let go. My chair reclines beneath me; my feet settle onto the floor. It is now easy to relax. Marking the beginning of my transformative journey, I draw a circle in the sand. Stepping inside an emerging sphere, I find myself immersed in a world of shifting particles, gradually descending into a whirlpool that beckons me along a winding path and serene stream. As I continue, a small bridge calls to me, inviting me into the landscape crafted by the wisdom of my teachers and counselors. Trusting my instincts, I follow a high stone wall along the stream until I arrive at a wooden door, which opens effortlessly before me, welcoming me to the next stage of my exploration.

In the Ordinary world, Sharon Anne and her companion ascend the stairs, stepping into the sacred Medicine Buddha bedroom. The space is bathed in golden light from the late afternoon sun, its beauty amplified by turquoise curtains and the presence of divine figures—Tara and Mary—glowing upon the desk, the Buddha tonka hangs on the wall, radiating lapis light. Books surround them, filled with knowledge waiting to be discovered. A gentle breeze rustles the leaves outside, and the rhythmic pulse of shamanic drumming softly emanates from a cell phone, setting the stage for what is to come.

The moment I stepped into the upper world, the air shimmered with a golden hue, alive with the whispers of unseen guides. I had come seeking names—the sacred names of my guardian and teacher—so I could call upon them when I needed their wisdom. But I knew that journeys such as these always held more than expected.
