What The world Needs Now.
I quiet my thoughts.
I let my attention soften and drop beneath the noise.
In my shamanic journey, I begin walking.
I walk through forests breathing ancient wisdom.
I walk through cities pulsing with urgency.
I walk across open country where wind carries forgotten prayers.
Time shifts as I travel. Faces rise and fall in my awareness. I feel the ache in human hearts — the longing for peace, the fatigue of conflict, the quiet hope that someone, somewhere, will choose differently.
We live on this planet together. And Mother Earth is watching us.
So what does she need now?
How Do We Participate?
In my journey, I am guided into the caverns beneath the ocean.
Into the caves and palaces in the depths.
Into the caverns and chambers of listening.
Here, the ocean creatures and spirits teach without argument.
The plants instruct without dominance.
The stones hold memory without resentment.
In the caverns, we are introduced to a new culture — one founded on reciprocity rather than extraction.
Each day, we are invited to enter these inner caves. Together we listen. To receive instruction and light from the celestial palace above and from the oceanic palace below. And then to return to the surface of the Earth and create what we have learned from our visions.
This is evolution — not chasing pleasure, not defending ego — but apprenticing ourselves to the wisdom of the Earth herself.
The Lesson for Today
Listen to the subtle sounds of the Earth.
The quieting sound.
The serpent sound.
The cleansing breath.
Sss… Sss…Sss (Lungs)
Cho…Cho…Cho… (Kidney)
Shu… Shu… Shu… (Liver)
Aha…Aha…Aha… (Heart)
Who…Who…Who… (Spleen, pancreas, and stomach)
Let the sounds move through your body.
Feel how they clear the lungs of sorrow. Sss…Ssss…Ssss…
How they wash the kidneys of fear. Cho…Cho…Cho…
How they soften the mind’s restless images.
When I walked upon the surface of the Earth, making these sounds, my lungs released sadness and filled with joy.
Another tone cleared fear from my body and left courage in its place. Cho…Cho…Cho…
These sounds are not superstition. They are participating.
They remind the body how to regulate.
They teach the nervous system how to settle.
They return us to humility.
Carry these sounds into your day.
Speak to the Earth before you demand from her.
Pause before you consume.
Offer gratitude before you take.
Tomorrow, return to the cave within your heart.
There will be another lesson.
The world does not need perfection from us.
It needs presence.
It needs responsibility.
It needs love practiced in action.
And that begins with listening.
Sit and listen with me in the cave.
We can journey into our hearts together.
🌍 What Does the World Need Now?
A Cavern Listening Practice Sheet
Intention:
To mature in love.
To listen before acting.
To participate consciously with Mother Earth.
Part 1: Entering the Cavern Within
Before beginning, sit comfortably.
Take 5 slow breaths.
Let your exhale be longer than your inhale.
Place one hand on your heart and one on your lower belly.
Whisper inwardly:
“I am willing to listen.”
Reflection
What feels heavy in the world right now?

Part 2: The Sound Practice
These sounds are designed to clear, calm, and recalibrate your nervous system.
Take a slow inhale through your nose.
On the exhale, gently sound:
Shsss
(soft, whispering wind)
Visualize white light entering your lungs on your inhale.
Repeat 3 times.
Notice what shifts.
Now sound:
Chooo
(cleansing, like water flowing)
Visualize blue light entering your kidneys on your inhale.
Repeat 3 times.
Now:
Shuuu
(deeper, grounding)
Visualize green light entering your liver on your inhale.
Repeat 3 times.
Finally:
Ahaaa
(steady, serpent breath)
Visualize red light entering your heart during your inhale.
Repeat 3 times.
Whooo
(Release worry, trust)
Visualize yellow light entering your spleen, pancreas, and stomach during your inhale.
Repeat three times
Body Awareness Check
After sounding, reflect:
What changed in my breathing?
Did any emotion move or release?
What feels clearer?

Part 3: Maturity in Action
The world does not need perfection.
It needs conscious participation.
Ask yourself:
Where in my life am I still acting from “what I want” rather than “what serves the whole”?

____________________________________________One small action I can take this week that shows respect for the Earth:
____________________________________________One way I can engage another human being with deeper respect:

Part 4: Walking Back to the Surface
Imagine leaving the cavern.
You step back onto the surface of the Earth.
Ask:
What is my next mature step?
Write it clearly:

Daily Integration

Before making a purchase
Before responding online
Before making an important decision
