The Spirit Animal’s Treasure Map: A Hypnotic Journey: the house of invention

**As** you settle into a comfortable position, allowing your body to relax, I invite you to focus on your breath. **Imagine** inhaling deeply** and exhaling slowly, as tension melts away.**With** each breath in, gather comfort**. As you breathe out, release and feel ease. **Inhale** relaxation**…and exhale, to let go. 

**Now**, as your breathing becomes natural, let your senses become aware. **Wiggle** your toes gently, feeling the warmth of the earth beneath you. **Visualize** the details of your inner landscape unfolding before you. **What** colors, shapes, and forms make up your perfect haven? **Let** your imagination create this space, a sanctuary filled with soothing sounds and pleasant aromas.

**As** you continue to breathe, the rhythm of enchanting music envelops you, guiding you deeper into your inner world.

**Further** along the trail, a rainbow mist appears, its delicate tones vibrating in the air. **Beyond** this shimmering veil lies a stone bridge beckoning you to step forward, inviting you to the heart of your inner orchard.

**Cross** the bridge**, and as you do, feel the lush green grass beneath your feet. **A** delightful fragrance wafts through the air, coming from a Magnificent Ancient Tree that stands tall before you. **Beneath** its spreading branches is a beautifully arranged picnic, a feast waiting for you and your spirit animal. 

**As** you approach the picnic, you notice a heart-shaped note dangling from one of the tree's leaves. **With** each step, the note opens, revealing its message…

Here is a map to your inner world’s House of Invention… Allow your spirit animal to guide you to “The  Grand  Inventor”, who will help you find an invention to fulfill your wish or solve a problem.  **Now** make your wish or ask for help with a problem. **PAUSE** That's it, make a wish or ask for help with a problem.

 Lean back against the tree and enjoy** this restful moment.  **Eat** and drink, notice how enjoyment ignites a warmth in your heart and a smile on your face.

**In this moment you*, reach out your hand. And **as** you do, you feel the gentle head of your Power Animal next to you. It is your instinctual creature, who is your dear friend. **To the touch, your Spirit animal radiates a strong aura of security, filling you with appreciation and love.

**The** Wisdom Tree invites you to explore its interior the tree, revealing secret passageways. **Stepping** inside, you venture down spiral stairs into the earth and your realm of instincts. **Here**, your hopes, dreams, and wishes ring true. 

**Your** Power Animal guides you down the spiral stairway and then along a stream to a house with a bright green door with a light bulb painted on it. **This** is the House of Invention. **As** the door swings open, a curious character greets you, motioning for you to follow through rows of incredible invention. 

**You take out your pencil and begin to sketch and draw as** you wander through this wondrous space.  As you begin to take notes, a loud sound and a bright light attract your attention. **You** turn, reaching out to touch the invention that beckons you closer. **Feel** its surface texture, its weight. **What** shapes and forms does it take? **What** sounds does it make as ---you explore? **Breathe** in its aroma and let your eyes delight in its colors.

**Notice** how this invention resonates with you. **How** does it make you feel in your hands and heart? **Allow** your emotions to arise. **When** have you felt this same kind of emotion in your daily life? See the invention help and inspire you in your daily life. Continue to draw the invention and make notes about how it works. 

 Your pencil moves freely across the page of your mind with your breath. **Follow** the rhythm of inhalation and exhalation as your pencil glides, exploring the features of the inventions and their surrounding space. 

**Allow** the flow of your thoughts to guide the pencil as it wanders to and fro. **Let** your lines capture the essence of the invention... interpret the meaning, realize the message.  What does it want you to know..

**And** as you continue, you find yourself deeply relaxed, fully immersed in the experience, and, when you feel ready, follow your spirit animal up the stream to the stairs at the root of the tree. After climbing the stairs, you emerge onto the grass under the ancient tree. Share your sketches, messages, and notes with your spirit animal and tree. **As they look at your show and tell…………**//** Pick up the picnic and put it in a basket to be replenished as they look closely at your sketches. **Now** place the basket in the tree for the next time you visit. 

They say.** “Well** done, excellent! It is time to go back over the bridge and share what you have discovered. **We** will be watching your wishes and requests come true. Return to us and share the results when they are realized.

**Now,** take a deep breath and begin to move your pencil with your breath. **With each breath and motion of your pencil, the countouts will return you to the place your body is resting in your daily life.
