I take a moment to find a comfortable position, a place where I can truly rest and let go. My chair reclines beneath me; my feet settle onto the floor. It is now easy to relax. I find the perfect spot, lean my head back, and begin to settle in. Far away, the faint murmur of a television blends with the soft rhythm of a dryer spinning in the background. The sounds fade, like distant clouds drifting out of sight.
I’m moving toward my own center now — a white beam of light streams down gently, radiating calm, encouraging every part of me to soften and release.
I inhale deeply and exhale slowly, feeling the air leave my lips like a soft breeze. My mind hums with the faint vibration of technology, but I let it drift away like dust in sunlight. I follow a winding inner path, past rolling green fields and iron-red stones lining the edges. Up ahead, a beautiful dwelling appears — a sanctuary that exists only for me.
I open its door. The furnishings are oversized and welcoming. A quiet fireplace glows on the right, large couches circling it like gentle guardians. Beyond lies a kitchen, a sitting nook where I can put my feet up and breathe freely.
I sink into the chair. Here, without effort, the problem beneath my awareness floats forward — only to become lighter than I imagined, easier to release than I believed. Even before it fully forms, it drifts away, as if it never belonged to me at all. I don’t have to think about it. I don’t have to take sides. I turn down the marketing noise of my mind and turn up the music within. My phone’s message — “Where have you gone?” — fades into silence.
My neck muscles let go. My shoulders follow. My upper back loosens under the slow tide of breath, as if each exhale were a rolling pin smoothing stress away. Invisible cords of expectation unplug and dissolve. I am free.
The texture of the chair’s arm grounds me through my fingertips. For now, I don’t have to do anything. Everyone else is far away, and their games, their urgencies, drift out of reach. My life is not a football match. I am not a ball to be thrown. I step out of the game entirely.
I walk out onto the porch, down to the lake, and wade into its clear waters. I float on the surface, held by something larger than myself. On the shore, a lion watches quietly. Across the lake, a bear observes. A dog nearby accepts my presence. A crow above glints its black eye at me. They all feel like kin — like fragments of my own spirit. In their own languages, they offer warm and loving suggestions, and I listen deeply.
Their breath stirs ripples across the water, moving toward me in effortless waves. Each ripple carries energy, wisdom, and love, brushing over my skin like a blessing. My toes rise and float. All the cords of expectation melt away, sinking into the earth below. The energy returns to where it came from, no longer mine to hold.
I will let them have their games. I will listen instead to the Spirits — the Bear, the River, the Eagle — who gather with their ancient ways, resolving what needs to be resolved so all may prosper.
I rise from the water and rest on the shore, centered and calm. The stars appear above, one by one. I see spirits protecting all of us, showing how to pull away the cords — as easily as picking flowers from the earth — and to let the clump of mud fall away.
And in this moment, I realize:
I am free.
I am whole.
I am wiser, healthier, and more peaceful than I have ever been.
Everything I do now flows from this tranquil, luminous center.
(Read slowly, in a calm, soothing tone. Use pauses between sentences. Breathe with the rhythm as you speak.)
Take a moment now… to find a comfortable position.
Allow your body to settle… your back resting against the chair… your feet placed gently on the floor.
Adjust yourself until you feel just right…
And now… let yourself ease into this moment.
Far away, you may notice the faint sounds of life continuing — the soft murmur of a television… the hum of a dryer in the distance.
And yet, with every sound you notice… you can also notice how easily it fades into the background…
as you drift more and more into your own center.
A gentle white beam of light… streams down now… radiating calm.
This light knows how to help you relax… how to soften and soothe every part of you.
Take a deep breath in…
and slowly exhale.
Once more… in…
and slowly out.
Notice how even the simple sound of your own breath… becomes peaceful… steady… grounding.
Now imagine yourself on a winding inner pathway…
rolling green fields on either side…
red stones lining the way.
And just ahead… you notice a beautiful dwelling… a sanctuary created just for you.
You step inside.
The furnishings are oversized, soft, and welcoming.
A quiet fireplace glows to the right… large couches circle it like gentle guardians.
Beyond is a kitchen… and a small sitting nook where you can put your feet up… and let go completely.
You sink into a chair.
And here… without effort… any problem that has been troubling you… begins to surface…
lighter than you imagined… easier to release than you believed.
Even before it fully forms… it drifts away… as if it never truly belonged to you at all.
There is no need to think about it… no need to take sides… no need to carry the weight.
You can simply let it dissolve.
Your neck muscles soften…
your shoulders release…
your back loosens under the gentle rolling tide of each breath.
Invisible cords of expectation unplug themselves… dissolving… as if melting into the air.
And you are free.
For now, there is nothing you must do.
Everyone else is far away.
Their games… their urgencies… no longer touch you.
You are not a ball to be thrown.
You are your own being… whole and complete.
Now imagine stepping out onto the porch… walking down to the edge of a clear, still lake.
You wade into the water… and float upon the surface, fully supported.
On the shore, a lion watches quietly.
Across the lake, a bear observes.
Nearby, a dog accepts your presence.
And above, a crow gleams its bright black eye.
They all feel like kin — like parts of your own spirit.
And in their own way… they share wisdom… gentle guidance… loving suggestions.
You listen deeply… as ripples form across the water.
Each ripple carries energy, love, and peace… brushing softly over you…
blessing you… reminding you of who you are.
And now… the cords of expectation melt completely away…
sinking deep into the earth below… returning to where they came from.
They are no longer yours to hold.
No longer yours to carry.
Instead… you choose to listen to the Spirits — the Bear, the River, the Eagle — gathering in wisdom… showing how life can prosper… how balance can return.
You rise from the water and rest upon the shore.
You feel centered. Calm. Whole.
Above, stars begin to appear… one by one.
And in their light, you see spirits watching over all… protecting, guiding, teaching us how to release…
as easily as picking flowers from the earth…
and letting the clump of soil fall gently away.
And in this stillness… you know:
You are free.
You are whole.
You are wise.
You are healthy.
You are peaceful.
And everything you do now… flows from this tranquil, luminous center within you.
(Pause here… let silence settle before gently ending.)
(Read slowly. Aim for a soft rhythm, around 90–110 words per minute. Let the pauses breathe — they are as important as the words.)
Take a moment now… to find a comfortable position.
Allow your body to settle… your back resting against the chair… your feet placed gently on the floor.
Adjust yourself until you feel just right…
And now… let yourself ease into this moment.

✨ This pacing will give you 15–20 minutes when spoken slowly with pauses.
(Same pacing as before — read slowly, with pauses. This adds ~3 minutes for awakening.)
And in this stillness… you know:
You are free.

Become aware of the room around you… the air… the quiet sounds in the background.

Wiggle your toes… gently move your fingers…
allowing your body to reawaken with ease.
(PAUSE 10s)
Now, in a moment, I will count from 1 to 5.
With each number, you will feel more awake, more refreshed, more energized…
bringing with you all the calm, wisdom, and peace you’ve received today.
(PAUSE 5s)
One… becoming more aware of the space around you.
Two… taking a deeper breath in, bringing oxygen and energy into every cell.
Three… gently moving your shoulders, your arms, feeling life return to your body.
Four… your eyes feel lighter… ready to open when you choose.
Five… eyes open… fully awake, refreshed, alert, and at peace.
(PAUSE 10s)
Take another breath in… stretch if you like…
and know that you carry this tranquility with you into the rest of your day.
Use soft ambient tones or drone music throughout (low pads, gentle synths, or Tibetan bowls).
Keep volume low, beneath your voice — your narration should always sit clearly above it.
BPM (tempo) should be slow, 50–70 bpm or timeless ambient.
Induction (0–4 min)
Start with gentle ambient pads only.
Add a soft breath-like whoosh on each pause to subtly guide the listener’s breathing.
Optional: faint chimes or wind-bells every 30–40 seconds, like time stretching.
Deepening (4–8 min)
Fade in soft fireplace crackle when you describe the sanctuary.
Keep crackle subtle — more like warmth than noise.
Layer in deep heartbeat-like bass tone (very low, once every 6–8 seconds) for grounding.
Body Relaxation (8–11 min)
Add slow ocean wave sounds or soft water lap to match the breath.
Time the swell of the waves with the pauses where you cue relaxation.
The Journey to the Lake (11–15 min)
Fade out fireplace, fade in gentle lake water ambience (rippling water, soft bird calls).
When you mention the lion, bear, dog, and crow:
Use subtle animal sounds (lion: distant growl, bear: deep huff, crow: soft caw). Keep them almost subliminal, not distracting.
Ripple & Spirit Wisdom (15–17 min)
Fade in ethereal flute or soft chanting tones to suggest communication with spirit animals.
Layer subtle stereo water ripple effect — so it feels like ripples move across the headphones.
Resolution (17–19 min)
Transition to deep night soundscape — soft crickets, gentle breeze, faint starlight chimes.
Music should grow slightly more luminous, suggesting expansion and peace.
Awakening Sequence (19–21 min)
Gradually fade out nature sounds, leaving only soft ambient pads.
At the count 1–5:
Gently brighten the pads with higher notes, so the sound “lifts” with awareness.
End with light chime or bell tone as the eyes open at 5.
Reverb: Add light reverb to your voice (but not too much) for a dreamlike quality.
EQ: Roll off low rumbles in ambient tracks so they don’t muddy your voice.
Silence: Don’t be afraid of silence between sounds — pauses deepen hypnosis.
