Pamela Eveline's Puppets + AI
Designed for 3–5 puppets (or figures), plus fire/light effects
Dialogue is short, rhythmic, and intentional
Silence, gesture, and sound do as much work as words
The Querent can be a puppet or an off-screen narrator
How to Dialogue with Your Inner Guides and Teachers
(Om Rain begins—very low)
Querent (Q) – narrator or central figure
Power Animal (PA) – threshold guardian
Guide One (Male) – grounded, steady
Guide Two (Female / Myan) – spacious, compassionate
The Flames – can be fabric, light, shadow, or small puppets
[Wide shot: A large tree. A small paper or ribbon hangs from a branch.]
Querent (Q)
How do we listen—
and speak—
with our inner guides
without fear, hierarchy, or overwhelm?
Power Animal (PA) (emerges slowly)
Hang your question on the tree.
We will not give answers.
We will show you.
Follow me.
(PA turns toward an opening—doorway, hollow tree, curtain)
Guide One (Male)
We heard the question you placed upon the tree.
When the second guide arrives, we begin.
Guide Two (Myan) (enters, calm)
You wonder why we have been quiet.
Why everything feels paused.
The pause is not absence.
It is listening.
In unsettled times,
stillness becomes the doorway.
Guide One
Come.
Walk with us.
[Movement sequence: spiral motion, dim light, sound of waves.]
(Transition to fire—fabric flames, lantern light, or projection)
Querent (Q)
They ask me to speak the question again.
(Q places paper into fire)
How do we recognize and respectfully communicate
with our inner supportive spirits?
[One flame puppet leans forward, bows.]
First Flame
You did well to ask.
You live in a time of shock.
Of grief.
Of endings mistaken for annihilation.
Second Flame (flickers brighter)
Destruction and creation
share the same fire.
The old must be clearly seen
before the new can arrive.
Dance with us.
Mourn what must end.
From the ashes,
something wiser rises.
(Flames recede)
Guide One
Rest.
Let the waves carry you.
(Gentle rocking motion)
Guide Two (Myan)
We arrive on golden sand.
Here, no one competes to belong.
Needs are met.
Harm loses interest.
You have a place here.
Querent (Q)
This place feels… familiar.
As if I remember it.
Guide Two (Myan)
You think this is only a dream.
It is not.
Watch the obstacles fall away.
Your work is already forming.
Guide One
Stay as long as you need.
Your calm will guide others—
without words.
You have arrived.
Querent (Q) (soft)
I thought you were gone.
Now I see—
You were teaching me
how to watch.
I choose peace.
(Fade out. Om Rain continues, then fades.)
This version is reader-facing, intimate, and inviting—perfect for your website, Substack, or monthly newsletter. It positions you as both guide and fellow traveler.
There are moments when everything goes quiet.
Not peaceful quiet—
but the kind that makes us wonder if we’ve lost the signal altogether.
Many people ask me:
Why aren’t my guides clearer right now?
Why does it feel like everything is paused?
What I’ve learned—through journeying, ritual, and listening—is this:
The pause is not silence.
It is an invitation.
We often expect guidance to arrive loudly, clearly, and immediately.
But true dialogue with inner teachers rarely works that way.
Instead of answers, we are given:
experiences
images
emotional shifts
repeated invitations to slow down
Guidance doesn’t demand hierarchy.
It doesn’t shout.
It waits until we are willing to notice.
In a recent guided journey, I was asked to place my question on a wish-fulfilling tree:
How do we listen and communicate with our inner supportive spirits—without fear or overwhelm?
Rather than receiving an explanation, I was led—
through earth, fire, water, and vision.
I was shown that:
destruction and creation share the same energy
grief is not failure—it is a threshold
a new way of living cannot appear until the old is clearly seen
The message was simple, and humbling:
We are not here to be told what to do.
We are here to learn how to see.
They didn’t offer predictions.
They didn’t offer commands.
They showed me a place where:
needs are met without struggle
respect replaces urgency
creation flows from calm, not chaos
And then they said something quietly radical:
“Your peace will guide others—without words.”
Respectful dialogue with inner guides isn’t about obedience.
It’s about relationship.
It asks us to:
release fear
soften urgency
trust lived experience
pay attention to what unfolds when we choose peace
When we do this, guidance stops feeling distant.
It becomes embodied.
If you’re in a pause right now—
if the world feels loud but your inner voices feel quiet—
consider this:
What if nothing is wrong?
What if you are being taught
how to listen in a deeper way?
I’ve chosen to create from that place.
To send messages back into the chaos—
without joining it.
You’re welcome to do the same.
